What stands out to me most about Pragna is her unique blend of innovation, leadership, and heart. Whether it's through her eco-conscious cosmetics startup, NetZeroBeauty, or her thoughtful advocacy for corporate sustainability, Pragna has consistently proven that young people can be a powerful force for change. Her ability to connect with people of all ages and her dedication to driving positive impact are truly inspiring.

Pragna is a remarkable young activist and organizer. Her work launching Ecoteens, a global network of youth environmental activists that facilitates valuable conversations and collaborations, shows her ability to translate commitment into action.

Her leadership abilities are truly inspiring, driving impactful projects that align with the broader Agile community. For example, collaborating with Agiledemics on the Agile in Education/Schools initiative, Pragna served as a speaker, sharing her knowledge to inspire and impact others.

Pragna is passionate about sustainability. By founding EcoTeens and organizing the Global Youth Sustainability Summit (GYSS) she showed her leadership skills in many ways. She always strives to improve by being open to change and learning.

Pragna is an inspirational leader who finds innovative ways to solve problems. She leads by example and while she’ll shine a light on an issue, she doesn’t dwell on the problem but instead, she takes action and motivates those around her. When Pragna presented Agile 2023 to a packed room of people, she proved to be a great storyteller, used enough data to support her claims, and detailed what she’s doing to solve the problem. She continues to grow her impact as she joined us as Agilists 4 Planet 2024.

Meeting Pragna was one of the highlights of the weeklong event for me. Pragna was the youngest person to speak at this global gathering of the Agile community in its 20-year history! What impressed me most was her presence – not just with a microphone in her hand, but in her 1:1 conversations with fellow attendees. She was PRESENT – curious, listening to understand, and humble.

Pragna made a quick impression of her dedication and leadership to sustainability and youth when I heard her talk at Agile 2022 in front of 60 people. At a young age, she is an exemplary model of a leader who is so passionate about her topic that she can present and speak so clearly while engaging the audience.

Pragna is the most driven and dedicated young person I have ever had the pleasure of working with and mentoring (just a little!). She is passionate about sustainability and agile and can see the how one can help the other much more easily than many others in both businesses.
